בלב הרי יהודה, בגובה 620 מטר, שוכנת חלקת אדמה קטנה שזכינו לעבד באהבה ובהקשבה. על פני 15 דונם נטועים זני יין ים-תיכוניים: שרדונה, סירה וגרנאש – הגדלים על מדרון הפונה לצפון-מערב, מול נוף פראי ונשימה פתוחה לרוח.
הגישה שלנו לגידול הגפן היא הוליסטית – שואבת השראה מהחקלאות הביודינמית ומהטבע הפראי של היער. אנחנו מאמינים בחקלאות שמכבדת את המחזוריות, את האדמה ואת הזמן. הבציר תמיד ידני, והכמויות קטנות ואיכותיות.

Heaven and Earth – Wine with Soul
In the heart of the Judean Hills, at 620 meters above sea level, lies a small plot of land that Wק’ve been fortunate to cultivate with care and intention. On 15 dunams, we grow Mediterranean grape varieties – Chardonnay, Syrah, and Grenache — on a slope facing northwest, overlooking wild landscapes and open to the mountain breeze.
Our farming philosophy is holistic, inspired by biodynamic principles and the natural rhythms of the forest. We believe in agriculture that respects the land, the seasons, and the time it takes. Harvesting is always done by hand, and production is small and precise.
Our vision is simple: to craft wines of depth, balance, and authenticity – bringing all the goodness of heaven and earth, straight into your glass.
